Residents walk all over neighbors' lawns after they block access to the sidewalk by leaving their garbage cans for pickup: ‘I feel an ounce of satisfaction by doing this’

Most of us don't think twice when we walk outside and something blocks our way. Sure, it can be a bit of an inconvenience, having to go around it or step over something in the way, but it doesn't really affect us much.

But there is an insignificant number of people whose lives actually do become more complicated when someone else decides to block the sidewalk and the pedestrian paths, like the person in the story below, who currently walks with a cane.

Their neighbors leave the garbage cans for pickup on the sidewalk every single day. Which means that the sidewalk is always blocked. Due to an injury, this resident is currently using a cane, and being blocked by a trash can every day is not a picnic.

The companies will probably love it because they get to make more money *and* look like responsible citizens.
